Iranian Art Students to Attend Polish Academy

The first group of young Iranian cineastes will leave for Poland to take part in a filmmaking course in the Polish Cinema Academy.

Following a MoU between Iran and Poland signed during Polish deputy culture minister’s visit to Tehran in May, the team will leave for the European destination on December 7, IRNA reported.

Director general of Iran Cinema Organization for festivals and international cooperation, Arash Amini, said the group includes five art students. The educational program will continue until mid-June 2016.

According to the MoU, a similar program will be reciprocated for Polish students at Iran’s National Cinema School in the near future.
