Molana Ensemble will play a selection of Kurdish music on November 28 at Vahdat Hall. The concert celebrates the 40th anniversary of the music band and will perform a selection of memorable pieces by composer and santur player Mohammad Jalil Andalibi, 63. Part of the event will be dedicated to commemorate Kurdish singer and musician Sayed Ali Asghar Kurdistani (1882-1936). He is among the first Kurdish singers whose voice was recorded. Vahdat Hall is located on Shahryar Blvd., Hafez Street, south of Enqelab Avenue. The concert starts at 9:30 pm. Tickets are available at Iranconcert.com.
