Mehrab Theater Hall is staging the play ‘Lord of Carnage’ written by French playwright, actress, novelist and screenwriter Yasmina Reza and directed by Abbas Nour-Mohammadi.
Parents of two children who had a fight in a public park meet to discuss the matter in a civilized manner. However, as their discourse continues, the parents become increasingly childish and their pent-up anger explodes, creating a comic and pathetic situation.
According to Tiwall.com, Ayda Khanzadeh, Seyyed Hadi Qadiri, Parastou Karegar and Meysam Vahidi are in the cast.
The theater, located at the intersection of Vali-e-Asr and Imam Khomeini streets, will run the play through Dec. 27.
