Shamideh Gallery will host a charity photo exhibition titled ‘Kurdish Portrait’ from March 2.
Proceeds of the event will go for helping the quake-stricken people of Kermanshah Province, ISNA reported.
A 7.3-magnitude quake jolted the western province of Kermanshah and the bordering regions last November. The killer quake claimed over 500 lives, injured thousands, and left large numbers homeless, many of whom are still living in temporary shelters.
The event will show photos of 21 photographers including Es’haq Aghaei, Javid Tafazzoli, Shahab Nasseri, Zeinab Arabi and Saeed Arabzadeh.
Photos will be on display at the gallery located at No. 8, 1st dead-end, Sanjabi St., Mirdamad Boulevard, through March 5.
