Online Sale of Artworks

Arthibition Online Gallery is holding an art sale with 120 artworks at Arthibition.net.

Arthibition is an online art gallery portraying Iranian visual artworks aiming to familiarize the world with Iranian art. It has gained worldwide fame and trust by providing easy access to artworks, international presence and by attending social networks.

Paintings, sculptures, photographs, calligraphies and calligraphic paintings are on sale in the current event that started February 22 and will ends on April 20.

Titled ‘Art for Gift,’ the sale offers works created by 80 artists, director of the gallery Ershad Ali-Asgari told Mehr News Agency.

With Norouz (Iranian New Year) holidays approaching (March 21-April 2), there will be gift-giving occasions, and very few gifts are comparable to artworks as they are both valuable and lasting, Ali-Asgari said. “The works at the exhibit are created by young, prolific and acclaimed artists. They have offered their most affordable works plus generous discounts,” he added.

Among the participating artists are contemporary painter Aneh Mohammad Tatari; painter, animator and photographer Arash Lahiji; painter and graphic journalist Kamal Tabatabai; calligrapher and painter Hossein Ehsaee; calligrapher Omid Khakbaz; and painter Sousan Sharifi.

Established in 2014, Arthibition seeks to help connect talented artists, art collectors and galleries to art lovers and buyers across the world who value Iranian art and artworks.

Organizers of Arthibition, based in Tehran, support the art auctions, galleries, contests and exhibitions by providing the best facilities for showing all works online and informing art lovers about the events in the website in English and Persian.
