Daarkoob With Old Friends

Music band Daarkoob, led by drummer and composer Homayoun Nassiri, 37, will perform a concert at Vahdat Hall.

The concert is slated for March 3-4. “Old friends and colleagues are joining us for the concert. Their presence will help us have a dynamic event,” Nassiri told Honaronline.

Celebrated musician, singer and songwriter Roozbeh Bemani, 39, will go on stage as the guest singer. Other vocalists of the event are Mohsen Sharifian and Sajjad Arabzadeh.

Bemani began his artistic career as songwriter a decade ago in Iran by collaborating with pop singers such as Ehsan Khajeh-Amiri, Alireza Assar, Mohammad Esfahani and Khashayar Etemadi. He has also sung some of his own lyrics. The March concert will be the first time he is appearing live on stage.

Established 10 years ago, Daarkoob has collaborated with several figures as vocalists, including actor Hamed Behdad as well as actor, director and comedian Mehran Modiri.

Vahdat Hall is located on Shahryar Blvd., Hafez Street, south of Enqelab Avenue. Tickets are available at Iranconcert.com.
