‘Mirror’, a theatrical work produced in collaboration between Iranian theater company Zendegi and France, went on stage for three nights at the theater of the University of Lyon.
The piece, directed by Jafar Mahyari, the head of Zendegi Company, is about a couple who are running a company. The many disagreements they have at work bring about a tragic end for both, Honaronline.com reported.
On stage from March 1-3, the cast features Razieh Alipour, Andre Cortes, Sahar Qaderi-Moqaddam, Claire Varichon, Arash Masoudi, Lilia Melle, Camilla Espoinosa and Leila Reveret.
Founded in 1998, Zendegi has held numerous international theater workshops and collaborated with performing art companies and experts from Canada, Croatia and Belgium.
