A decline in services costs drove down France’s prices by 0.4% at the end of September against a 0.4% rise in August, official data showed on Tuesday, Xinhua said. On yearly basis, inflation rate inched up by 0.3%, the lowest rate since 2011. Over the period, services costs fell by 1.6%, while prices of energy decreased by 0.2%.
